RETURNS: Merchandise may be returned for store credit (via emailed gift card code) within 30 calendar days of the date your order shipped from our warehouse. Returned items must remain unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. Items that appear to be worn, have stains, pet hair, or smell of smoke, etc. will be rejected and will be returned at the customer’s expense. Please note: The shoe box cannot be used as the shipping container.
Betsy Boo’s Boutique has a flat shipping rate of $5 for returns, which will be deducted from your store credit. USPS must be used for return shipping.
International returns are responsible for return shipping.
TO MAKE A RETURN:
1. Read our return policy to ensure your return qualifies.
2. Log into your BBB Account, find your order and item to request a return.
3. Once the return is approved, you must send your return back with in 5 business days via USPS.
4. Once your package is received at BBB, please allow 5-7 business days for the Return’s Department to process your return.
5. A gift card code will then be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
EXCHANGES: Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can't guarantee an exchange. However, what we will do is issue you store credit, and if the right size is available, you can use your credit to purchase that item. We are not able to "hold" merchandise.
DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS: If you feel you have received a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 5 days of receiving by sending a photo to CustomerService@BetsyBoos.com.
SALES RACK ITEMS: All Sale Rack items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
