Please note that all pre-order items have delayed ship time-frames (as stated in the product description). When purchasing your payment is made immediately to ensure that you are in line to receive the item. Once ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking info. An estimated shipping date is stated in the product description. If you are ordering other in-stock items as well, all items will ship together when the pre-order is ready, unless you select priority shipping at check out. Betsy Boo's Boutique currently uses USPS and UPS. You can upgrade to Priority Shipping (2-5 business days) at check out for a flat fee. International shipping is also available at a flat fee. Orders are typically shipped same or next business day and you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking number to be updated. Betsy Boo's is not responsible for any lost or mis-delivered packages via USPS or UPS. Please double check shipping information before purchasing.
Betsy Boo's Boutique merchandise may be returned for store credit (via emailed gift card code) within 30 calendar days of the date your order shipped from our warehouse. Returned items must remain unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. Items that appear to be worn, have stains, pet hair, or smell of smoke, etc. will be rejected and may be returned at the customer’s expense. Betsy Boo’s Boutique offers free return shipping if the item is postmarked within 10 days of the date the order was shipped from our warehouse. Contact us at CustomerService@BetsyBoos.com to receive a return label. After the 10th day, you may use the shipping label at a cost of $8.00, which will be deducted from your store credit. Or you may use your own shipping method at your own cost. International returns are responsible for return shipping. You can mail the return back to: Betsy Boo's 826 Eagleview Drive Fairfax, Iowa 52228 Please include the invoice and return form with the return. Once received we will let you know via email that we have received it and note your account for store credit. Please allow 7-10 days to process your return once received.
If you feel you have received a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 5 days of receiving by sending a photo to CustomerService@BetsyBoos.com.
Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can't guarantee an exchange. However, what we will do is issue you store credit, and if the right size is available, you can use your credit to purchase that item. We are not able to "hold" merchandise.
Because we carry styles from a number of different vendors all merchandise tends to fit different depending on the label. We have added a "how does it run" description to each item and suggest reading each product description for complete information on how an item fits. Our general sizing is as follows: XSmall 0, Small 2/4, Medium 6/8, Large 10/12, XL 14/16, XXL 18, XXXL 20.
We do not typically restock our items, as we offer new items daily. However, we recommend that you sign up to receive a restock notification by clicking on the link located under ADD TO CART button. That way should we get a return or restock in the size you are looking for you, you will get an email.
We have a $4 processing fee for any order that needs to be adjusted after purchase (e.g. adding a gift card or discount code not used at checkout). If you order an item 24 hours before it goes on sale we are happy to adjust the price for you, as long as it falls within the 24 hour period and you notify us immediately. We are unable to adjust size or quantities after submitting your order.
We love to have sales at BBB! No sale is ever final- unless stated. All sales end at said expiration and are not available on previous purchases or cannot be combined with any other discounts. We do honor any orders placed within 24 hours of sale for adjustments. Must use discount code at check out. No double discounts given, best discount will be applied at checkout.
