RETURNS: Merchandise may be returned for store credit (via emailed gift card code) within 30 calendar days of the date your order shipped from our warehouse. Returned items must remain unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. Items that appear to be worn, have stains, pet hair, or smell of smoke, etc. will be rejected and may be returned at the customer’s expense.

FREE RETURN SHIPPING! Betsy Boo’s Boutique offers free return shipping if the item is postmarked within 10 days of the date the order was shipped from our warehouse.  Contact us at CustomerService@BetsyBoos.com to receive a return label. After the 10^th day, you may use the shipping label at a cost of $8.00, which will be deducted from your store credit. Or you may use your own shipping method at your own cost.

International returns are responsible for return shipping.

TO MAKE A RETURN:

1. Read our return policy to ensure your return qualifies.
2. Complete the return form included in your package. Click HERE to print our return form, if needed.
3. Once your package is received, please allow 7-10 business days for our Return’s Department to process your return.
4. A gift card code will then be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

EXCHANGES: Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can't guarantee an exchange. However, what we will do is issue you store credit, and if the right size is available, you can use your credit to purchase that item. We are not able to "hold" merchandise.

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS: If you feel you have received a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 5 days of receiving by sending a photo to CustomerService@BetsyBoos.com.

SALES RACK ITEMS: All Sale Rack items are FINAL and cannot be returned.

DOLLUP BEAUTY LINE: All DOLLUP Beauty items are FINAL And cannot be returned.
