RETURNS: Merchandise may be returned for store credit (via emailed gift card code) within 30 calendar days of the date your order shipped from our warehouse. Returned items must remain unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached. Items that appear to be worn, have stains, pet hair, or smell of smoke, etc. will be rejected and may be returned at the customer’s expense.
FREE RETURN SHIPPING! Betsy Boo’s Boutique offers free return shipping if the item is postmarked within 10 days of the date the order was shipped from our warehouse. Contact us at CustomerService@BetsyBoos.com to receive a return label. After the 10th day, you may use the shipping label at a cost of $8.00, which will be deducted from your store credit. Or you may use your own shipping method at your own cost.
International returns are responsible for return shipping.
TO MAKE A RETURN:
- Read our return policy to ensure your return qualifies.
- Complete the return form included in your package. Click HERE to print our return form, if needed.
- Once your package is received, please allow 7-10 business days for our Return’s Department to process your return.
- A gift card code will then be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEMS: If you feel you have received a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 5 days of receiving by sending a photo to CustomerService@BetsyBoos.com.

We ship USPS daily. All orders will ship within 48 business hours, unless otherwise stated. You will receive an email once your package is ready to ship out with tracking number and delivery information You can upgrade your order to USPS Priority Mail at checkout. We are not responsible for packages not delivered, delivered to an incorrect address, or returned to sender. Please verify that your postal address is correct at checkout.
Ordering a pre-order item? Please note that pre-orders have a delayed ship time-frames (as stated in the product description). When purchasing your payment is made immediately to ensure that you are in line to receive the item. Once ready to ship, you will receive an email with tracking info. An estimated shipping date is stated in the product description. If you are ordering other in-stock items too, all items will ship together when the pre-order is ready, unless you select priority shipping at check out.
