Thank you for your interest in BBB. We are interested in you and your well being, too! We are taking things seriously and day to day at BBB. Here is our current information:
BBB is up and business "as usual". That being said, our BBB staff is primarily working at home. We are still responding to emails, creating new BBB Sets and ordering new arrivals. We have some staff in place at the warehouse receiving, packaging orders, and practicing social distancing.
A few things that we ask your patience and understanding of:
- -We are changing our return policy to adapt to the current situation. We will extend our free shipping to orders shipped 30 days or less. We are also asking your patience in processing your returns. We typically are able to issue credit within 7-10 days of receiving. We are temporarily asking that you give us 14-20 days to get your return processed and credit issued.
- -As we are currently running a smaller crew in the warehouse, we ask that you also have patience in our shipping time frame. Our goal remains that we will get all orders (excluding pre-orders) out within the 48 hour time frame. But please know that as this situation changes, we may need to push that out. Any changes will be noted on this page. We will continue to put all orders with paid priority shipping first.
- -You will also see that our new arrivals may not be on our usual BBB models and some of the typical BBB weekly "looks" not be the same. We are having to adapt to changes within our industry. Please be assured that even though things may look different, we are still the same BBB. We are a small business and trying to get by with what we have. We hope that you understand and support us.
