BBB Style Box FAQ
What is a BBB Style Box?
BBB Style Box is an online styling service that delivers you a personalized shopping experience. You fill out your Style Questionnaire and a BBB Stylist begins to handpick items just for you! Each box contains an average of five items that match your needs, tastes, and budget. You simply keep the items that you love and send back the rest in a prepaid USPS envelope. Shipping is always free.
How Does It Work?
1. Decide which of the three frequency options you would like.
2. Fill out the BBB Style Box Questionnaire.
3. You will be charged the BBB Styling Fee upon checkout and your BBB Stylist begins to style your BBB Style Box for you.
4. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your Style Box ships via email with a tracking number. Typically your box will ship within 3 business days of your Styling Fee charge.
5. You will receive your personalized BBB Style Box via USPS to your doorstep. Try everything on. We really encourage you to try the items on, you will often be surprised what it looks like on verses out of the box.
6. You will receive an email with an invoice for your items. Purchase what you would like and return what you do not want via the prepaid envelope. You have three days to decide what you want to purchase. You will have your BBB Styling Fee credit to apply towards your purchase. If you decide to buy everything in your box, you will receive a 20% discount off the entire box!
7. Give your BBB Stylist feedback and update your profile at anytime via the BBB Style Box login.
What types of items are in a BBB Style Box?
We carry a large variety of items for the BBB Style Box - from jewelry to jeans, to blouses & shoes. They are all new BBB items. Meaning that the pieces that you receive in your BBB Style Box you will not see on our www.BetsyBoosBoutique.com website for sale. We also look through your past BBB orders and try not to duplicate any similar items.
What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer BBB Style Boxes to women 0-20 (Small-XXXL).
What is the difference between a BBB Style Box and a BBB Set?
Great question. We started BBB with the concept of styling our customers with optional complete outfits and you will still find our BBB Sets available. With BBB Sets you are picking out the specific outfit that you want to purchase. Our loyal customers love this concept, however we have had hundreds of requests to expand to offer a BBB Style Box. In the Style Box you will find about five never seen items that your personal BBB Stylist will handpick for you.
Can I request specific pieces?
If you find something that you like at www.BetsyBoosBoutique.com, purchase it through our site. You will not find items on the website that you will find in your BBB Style Box. You can in your Style Questionnaire request types of things that you would like to find in your BBB Style Box. You can edit your profile at anytime here.
When is my credit card charged?
We charge your BBB Styling Fee as we begin to style your box. That styling fee is then a credit toward anything you purchase in your shipment. Your BBB Style Box should ship within 3 business days of your card being charged. You also will be charged if your invoice goes unpaid, or items are not returned within the given time frame.
How do returns work?
Something does not meet your needs...no problem. Shipping is always free! You will find a prepaid envelope in your BBB Style Box. Simply drop off the return via any USPS drop box or post office. We do ask that all returns come back in the same condition that you received them. Please be careful of makeup, deodorant, pet hair, etc. If any item is not returned in the same condition, you may be charged.
How long do I have to decide what I want to keep?
You have 3 business days after your BBB Style Box is delivered. Once you have decided, you will pay your emailed online invoice and return the unwanted items. If your returns or payments are late, we will remind you via email once more. If you do not checkout within the allotted time, we will assume that you loved everything and charge your card accordingly. If you return your box after the allotted 3 business days and we have already charge your card for the merchandise- you will be charged a $25 fee.
What if I need more time to decide what to keep?
If for some reason you are unable to return your items within 3 business days, you can ask for an extension for a few more days via an email request to StyleBox@BetsyBoos.com. If you know that you are going to be unavailable to make a decision on your BBB Style Box, we ask that you reschedule your ship date in your BBB Style Box account.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes. You can do an exact item exchange for a different size, if the item is available. The item will need to be paid for prior to the exchange. You can contact us at StyleBox@BetsyBoos.com for more information.
Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes. You can purchase a BBB Gift Card here, that can be used on BBB Style Boxes.
